1. Ordering Process

To place an order with IHCG Distributions Inc, follow these steps:

  • Browse our collection and select your desired items.
  • Call our Operator on 1-905-900-0768 to place your order.
  • Leave your Phone number and we’ll call you back during business hours.
  • Please have your credit/debit card ready and your payment informaton will be taken over the phone.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing essential details, including your unique order ID, billing and shipping addresses, and the total amount of your purchase. After payment processing, you will receive an email and a text receipt from our trusted merchant account. We aim to provide a tracking number via email within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase.

2. Shipping Information

  • We offer shipping through reliable carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and DHL.
  • Shipping times typically range from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the courier and your location.
  • All shipments are online trackable.
  • IHCG Distributions Inc will send you email notifications at key shipping milestones, including when your package enters and exits US Customs. In cases where the recipient is unavailable during delivery, you will be notified when the package is dispatched to the postal office.

3. Refund Policy

Returns:

  • Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned beyond this period will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • To initiate a return, ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
  • Items with damage or missing parts unrelated to our error will not qualify for a refund.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery is non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Our refund policy mirrors our return policy, which spans 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed beyond this timeframe.
  • To request a refund, ensure the item is unused and in its original condition, and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria or have incurred damage or missing parts unrelated to our error will not qualify for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you were informed from our side that your refund was processed, but have not received your refund back on your card of bank, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account for the refund, as there may be a processing delay.
  2. Contact your credit card company to inquire about the status of your refund.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is issued.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
